Closed: Really Crappy "Krytan Axe" ... help please

I just got this today (from a Kilroy chest) ...


In case the picture doesn't load, it's ...
purple "Krytan Axe"
5-27, r9 (so not max!)
no inherent mod, no inscription slot

The name just has me scared to merch it without checking first. :/

EDIT - to clarify, since someone asked me, by "Kilroy chest" I mean the keyless chests that spawn when you do his Sorrow's Furnace quest.

EDIT again - Thanks to Pleikki, Don, and Divine Ashes for the replies! I simply wanted to be sure "Krytan Axe" was not one of those exception cases like "Crystalline Sword" before I chucked it. This can be closed now.

In general, if it's not max or has no inscription, it's worthless (unless we're talking crystallines).
