Change Profile/Account Name

hello everybody, I'm very familiar on how my own website runs. It's very easy to change my name and profile.
But apparently the name and password that they have sent me includes my e-mail address as my name. Not good
yet when I try to find out how to change my profile name I find it extremely archaic to do.

Feeling kind of stupid for something that's most probably easy to do.

Please remember if I'm feeling kind of stupid, I needed detailed description on how to take care of this problem.

I don't think you can change your name. Create a new account with the name you want. You can change your email address and keep it private. But you can't change your account name so far as I know.

Consider deleting this thread too if you don't want your e-mail addy posted on a public forum.

You should probably PM a Moderator to request a name change, which will probably be accommodated in this case .
