I agree that it's probably not worth much at all. +7 energy is the max bonus for while hexed, not +5. If the wand were r9 Death Wailing Wand with inherent 20HCT Death and +5^50, I wouldn't think it is reasonably more than 20-30k. Since this one is 20HCT Death and a far less useful +5wH mod, I think you'd be lucky to get 5k for it.

I would just merch, the +5/Hexed mod is really bad which makes the wand almost a single mod.
