PC on req7 Ornate Buckler

Need help PC'ing this thing:

Ornate Buckler
- req7 tactics (15 AR)
- blue quality
- inscribed

15k or so i reckon

Were it mine, I'd try for more like 30-40kish to start. Selling these can be largely a matter of luck finding someone who wants one in the skin and particular (fixed) stats you have, though.

15k is more like what I'd expect the "sell it fast and get outta Kamadan" price to be.

It's just my best guess/opinion. No offense intended to anyone!

yeah a 7/15 shield can go for 45-50k
8/15 is more like 10-15k
