3k if you're lucky. These things are rotting in my xunlai because of raptor farming, like vaevlctus said. If you find someone WTB for 2k I'd go for it.

I agree with Dzjudz - 3k if you're lucky! There are tons of them around from Raptor farming. Yes, you can get one from the zCoin reward guys, but there are far more cost-effective ways to spend gold zCoins than on an elite assassin tome!
When I have elite tomes to sell off, I often check for buyers in the P screen at both GToB and Kamadan, Amer districts.
If you're trying to buy an elite assassin tome specifically, I would go to Rata Sum, ad1, and send "wtb Elite Assassin Tome 1-3k" to the trade channel.
