I was disappointed with the only other Guild Wars Android application, so I decided to create my own. I included several enhancements with many more in development for future updates.
Current version: 0.8

Or, search for "Guild Wars Skill Reference" from your Android device.

Quick update here, addressing a couple issues that slipped by in pre-release. I also added two new features! Details are as follow:
There was a problem with viewing skills that inflict Weakness. This is actually a problem that I fixed once before, but must have been re-introduced without me noticing. It’s fixed now, and shouldn’t be a problem from now on.
I filtered the skill list by the EotN campaign and noticed that Dervishes only had 5 skills. Which is clearly wrong. Turns out I made several other mistakes when creating my database from the official wiki, so I fixed those as well. If you notice any other inconsistencies (like a signet being marked as pet attack, etc) please don’t hesitate to email me or contact me some other way. Twitter would be a good one.
New Things:
I’ve added App 2 SD support for those phones that can do that. This saves a lot of space on the phone, since all the skill icons add up to more than 5 MB. Very useful!
You can now filter the skill list by typing out the name. On phones with keyboards, simply typing should do the trick. On touch-only phones, you can hold down the Menu button to bring up the soft keyboard instead. Very useful when you’re looking for skills that follow a naming convention (like many Assassin attacks).
As always, I am available for feature requests and bug reports. I am also interested in releasing versions for other languages. I’ve already been contacted by a company to make a Chinese version. That should be fun! If you want the app in a particular language, leave a comment here or on my twitter and let me know.

Version 0.6.5 is now on the Android Market. The AppBrain link will take a while to sync, but it's there. This adds several new features:
- PvE only skills are now included in skill lists. The EotN title skills are under Common.
- You can now filter by skill effects. This can be accessed via the Filter menu, or by clicking on effect tags on skill info pages. A short click will add the filter and return to the list. A long click will simply add the filter, allowing you to add more than one filter from a single skill. When you return to the skill list, you will find it updated with your chosen filters.
- Pressing the Back key on a skill list that is filtered will now remove all of the filters before going back to the Profession list.
I also fixed a few minor database errors relating to skill effects. If you notice any other transcription errors, please don't hesitate to contact me via Twitter, the TakaSoft Apps blog, email ([email protected]), Private Message, or in-game (IGN: Exuzu Nomimura).

Update for v0.6.8. This version adds support for versions of Android 1.6 and lower. If you were unable to find the application before, it should appear in the list now. Also included are skill progression tables. I will be making graphical changes to these in future updates. If you have a suggestion, please don't hesitate to let me know.
The last thing on the feature list is build creation. This one might take me a while to do, as I want to do it right. Please be patient, as it will get done. I don't make promises I can't keep.

Update for v0.7. Several small things were added in this version, mainly things I wanted to get out of the way before focusing on build creation. Probably the most important thing is a fix for the database issues for Desire users. That should be cleared up now. Builds are next, and I'm already working on that. Should be fun.

In this long overdue update, I added the build editor. This is the only mobile build editor available on the Android Market.
- Enter a name, select the primary and secondary profession, and modify attributes by sliding out the drawer.
- The skills grid can be filtered by attribute, campaign, skill type, or skill effect.
- Click a skill to highlight it. Click your skill bar to place it there.
- Long-click any skill to open up the detailed view.
- To save, simply hit Menu > Save
