Problem restarting account

I purchased and briefly played several years ago. Recently I decided to try it again. But, now I have a new PC, I have no idea what my account name was, I don't even know what email address I was using at the time, and I don't know what my character's name was. Bottom line - I can't get back into my account. It won't let me create a new account because I've used my access key before.

I submitted a request for help through the web support link but haven't heard anything yet.

Anyone have any idea how I can get my account back or start a new one so I can play again?

Well if you don't even know the email address, then I'm pretty sure there is nothing they can do.
You may be able to send them scans of the access keys and they can find the account that way, but if you don't still have the keys, then its pretty much hopeless.
