In the HoM FAQ it says you will get the GWAMM title in GW2 if you get it in GW1. Is this the account based title (which would mean 25 titles + 5 maxed statues) or the title on an individual charactar?

Invidual most likely. as Gwamm's Invidual, and only counts For Hom as invidual

GWAMM is an individual title and most likely you'll only be able to use it on the GW2 character who is linked to the HoM of that individual GW1 character.

You have to earn the title on a char in GW. 25 titles and 5 statues doesn't give you the title, only 30 max titles on a single char does. And then you can display it on all chars in GW2.

So the checklist is very easy:
- can I display (H -> Titles -> checkbox) God Walking Amongst Mere Mortals on one of my characters?

yes: all GW2 chars can wear it.
no: no GW2 chars can wear it.
