Has Alot Changed?

Hey guys, I stopped playing about 2 years ago when I had to get a new computer, and didn't try installing it again. Recently, I've been hearing about GW2, and decided to come back to it. It's installing as we speak, so just thought I'd see what's different? Are there any drastic changes, or new things to do, or what? What about the amount of people playing, would it be easy to find a PUG for missions and the like?


And also about farming, I used to do a lot of perma sliver in Tombs, etc, and other SF farming builds, and I remembered there being a lotta nerfs, have they changed it anymore? Are those builds still usable?

And also one other question about the HoM calculator, if you search your character's name, are the achievements it shows for that char only, or account based? I mean, if for instance, I finished Proph on one guy, and factions on another, would it all still show?

About HoM it's account based, but each character needs to have it's statues in HoM.

About farming, yes SF got nerfed, but it's still useable, check out the "farming" and "high end pve" sections, alot gets posted there (pvx also has a few, but doesnt seem to be updated alot).

About whats new, there is the whole War in Kryta line of quests for exemple, the zaishen bounty's, ....

Should just check it all out
