PC on a Caster Modded VS q10 and a heavy equipment pack?

No clue on VS. Never had any to sell.
Heavy Packs: In the past month or so, I've been able to buy a couple for 15e (~105k) from people who seemed to be waiting a long time sell theirs, both in game and on threads here. I've seen folks in game advertising to sell them for 18-20e. The ones who don't accept my 14-15e offers have told me their reserves are anywhere from 17-18e. I have no idea how long it takes to sell them for those prices, though, as I haven't tested selling any.
If you do buy or sell one, please consider posting about it on the Greens & Other Unique Items (all campaigns) Price Guide? We've got several non-green and non-weapon things like Equipment Packs listed there ... I've tried to put anything with fixed stats which doesn't reasonably fit better on the other PC Guide lists on that list ... so there are quite a few things there which aren't green and/or weapons.

VS ~35e for q10, 40e is very hard to get as q9 are now 40-45e.
Heavy pack 15-18e - I sold one not 3 days ago for 17e in 2 mins, and the guy accepted my asking price straight away. However, guildies have had trouble selling for more than 15e of late, so maybe I just got lucky.
