First shield is merch fodder - monomod. For the record, OS shields can hold 2 inherent mods, yours has the 10ar vs Undead.

Could be 10-20k, but not sure. Not that useful, skin is awful and vs Undead is the most common vs type inherent on shields, from what I saw.
