Ok, well I wouldn't merch that. Even now, there are very few insc. staffs which drop with Prot req., and I don't think there are any non-insc. staffs which drop with Prot. req. It always seemed that the case for Prophecies and Factions staffs was you could not get a staff with req. Healing, Protection or Restoration - the best you could do was a DF or Spawning req. staff with inherent HCT on one of those three.

Unfortunately, I have very little idea how to PC it with a number or a range, though. I would guess it's worth at least 10k, but maybe it's more? It likely depends on how lucky you get finding interested buyers. A lot of the people "buying Monk staff" these days do not seem to realize how limited the possibilities are. I suspect the market for this one is with folks who know the drop possibilities pretty well and/or enjoy collecting things with "oldschool" kind of nostalgia.

Axe is 5-10k, I think. Maybe a tad more.

Staff is pretty nice, I would think some 30k+, but wait for more opinions.

req9 20/20 Holy Staves usually go for around 25k or so (those and Holy Branches are probably the most common in 20/20 uninsc). I would say that req10 wouldn't go much higher than 12-15k.
