I was looking on PvX some farming builds for farming and i found this one:

Stone Flesh Aura
Obsidian Flesh (E)
Armor of Earth
Gylph of Concentration
Mirage Cloack
Mystic Regeneration
Fleeting Stability
Ward Against Foes

Earth Magic 12
Earth Prayers 12 +1 +1
Mysticism 3

This is build is a variant of the obby warrior.

My question is: This build is still working on DoA or its useless nowadays?

A fully dedicated tank for the most part has been useless for quite a long time now.
