Closed: PC req 8 shield

As the title say i need a pc on a blue shield req 8 tactics, 16 Armour inscribable!

Around 20-40K mostly. Could you edit the shield skin into the OP? Some skins are more sought after than others.

8/16 tac blue inscr sell easily at 50k+. The + depends on the skin.

If its a conch more like 40k. The conch is the most common skin.
