i laugh in the face of all these offers. do you guys not know that this tonic is rare and is one of the few tonics that can be used outside of towns and outpost. yes that means you can be an elf while in a mission. new rule min bid is now 150 ectos. Im tired of these low offers that mean nothing to me.
