You haven't mentioned what percentage it is. If 20%, maybe a few k to someone who collects odd items (i.e, it'd be a really hard sale). There are no dragons in GW1 and x-slaying mods generally aren't desirable, so I'd definitely merch.

Buying Humps! (No kidding! Check my buy thread)

Hello Kitty Krewe [HKK] Forever!-ish

If it's less than 20%, then it's merch food.

If it is 20%, I agree that it's not likely to be worth more than 1-2kish, yeah. But there always seem to be a few active collectors of such things. When I get a spare one of those slaying mods that I do not need for my own collection, I try to look through recent buy threads to see if there's someone who wants one. Such things can seem both impossible to sell and impossible to buy to various folks at various times.

Oh, and FWIW, the slaying mods affect only the base damage of the weapon they're attached to - they do not affect damage from spells. So while some slaying mods vs. popular farming targets for martial weapons can fetch much higher prices, the Staff Wrappings of *slaying are often reasonably only 1-2kish ... not a lot of folks farming critters by "wanding" them to death. :/

Worth some 3-5k to a collector. And there are dragons in GW, the Jade Sea is full of them. Also the Bone Dragons of Tyria.
