Looking for a staff with 20% HCT of both Spawning and Death...so naturally this would be a spawning staff with 20% HCT death, or death staff with hct Spawning. Yes, this is for a rit MM. Skin doesn't matter but nice skins are always a bonus. Req also doesn't matter, but if it's death I'd like it to be 12 or less. I have the mods to make it what I want, so only the above criteria apply.
I understand that this is a tall order and might come with a hefty pricetag, but whatcha got?
