Should be completely worthless, even the most useful breakpoints from the low shields - q3/11 are almost unsellable. Also they're not rare at all - at their appropriate levels the rarity of higher ones increases, so a q4/12 is more rare than q3/11 which is more rare than q2/11 etc...

And if someone wanted to use this just as a caster shield (8ar not caring about req at all) it's a common skin that can drop in just a few minutes of farming, so zero value there too.
