PC on 2 shields

Hi, I would like PCs on 2 Great Conchs I picked up raptor farming today,

AL 16 req 8 tactics blue Great Conch - crap mods
AL 15 req 8 tactics blue Great Conch - also crap mods

I've been given in-game PCs varying from merch to 70k so if I can narrow things down abit it would be appreciated.

Ok first - if either does not have an insc. slot, then it is merch food for sure. These things are useful only when people can add inscriptions.

16/8 tactics insc. shields are quite popular caster gear these days. However, it seems like there are more 16/8 Great Conches on the market than any other skin (thanks to Raptor farming.) I would guess you're looking at 40-70k for the 16/8 Great Conch (I'd even think it's closer to the low end than the high end of that range on average.)

15/8 shields are like the "poor man's 16/8" They're less valuable and harder to sell. I would think no more than 10-15k for that one.

That's my best guess. I could be wrong. Hopefully, you'll get more opinions.

EDIT: Yeah, but even in areas which drop inscribable items, sometimes things will still drop without an inscription slot at all. If a shield drops with just a shield handle and no insc. slot, it will be blue. That's the exception I was talking about for non-insc. cases.
