Can I still max my Gamer title?
Nirconus Otreum
So, I want to farm SD like everyone else this Wintersday, but I also want to get my Gamer title up, and I know that I probably won't have too many more chances to do it. I currently have rank 2 at 2,693 points. Not necessarily all in this event, but do I still have time to max my Gamer title, or should I just ditch it and stick to pure SD farming?
A followup question - if I do have time to max it, should I spend all my time farming Gamer, or do I have time to split it up a little between that and SD?

Just MY opinion.
Let the title go and just farm up for a nice cash amount. If you realllllly really want to max out the title, then of course keep getting the points and hopefully you'll be able to max it out; and if you don't, at least you can say you tried.

You can do both the SD takes about 2 mins to do it and u get 10 gifts so farm for ur gamer title then take 1 hr to farm SD then go back to gamer for how ever long then back to SD

The responses so far are nice, but I want to know if I can max this title without doing Dwayna vs. Grenth from now on. It doesn't seem to be great Gamer points (could be wrong), and I'd rather be doing SD.

EDIT: Scratch what I said, in case you read it. Dragon Nest's rewards are nothing compared to Snowball Arena.

Gamer is one of the toughest titles to max in the game, since it's only available during festivals.
If you're only rank 2, I say don't worry about maxing your gamer title. Just get it to r3 for HoM.

Thanks to everyone for the responses so far.

The answer is NO, you can't max Gamer title. Nobody can. It's not a title meant to be max'ed unless it's all you do during all events for 5+ years.

r3 for HoM is quite sufficient. If you're needing a max title for something, there's other account wide titles that are far easier, like Luxon and Kurzick.
I guess I'd say it depends on your reason for wanting max gamer. If you want the title, it's gonna be a long, hard grind. If you're title chasing or doing HoM work, I'd pick another title and grab r3 Gamer.

to the OP
If you really want the max rank, you will need to grind the crap out of everything that gives Gamer Points for the next 4 years
Like others said though, R3 is enough for HoM rewards and such. Getting that from where you are will definatly take a while though. You will have to do some serious snowball fighting

This, but not quite. I've only ever seen 2 people with it maxed, both of which have gotten it in the past year. I've seen 1 r11 and a handful of r10's. Don't expect to max it during this event, or even in the next 2 or 3 years. r12 is 135,000 points. So, as stated above, I would get at least r3 for your hall. The rest is up to you.

Yeah, I know, I've seen the maxed one and a couple players getting close, and what I meant by my answer is the title to be completely non maxable for anybody who would start it at this point, now, and with no real experience in the games.
It's not just the time needed, which is VERY limited, player's skill matter a lot - the best players are able to earn much more points per hour than an average player. Gaining lots of points was not just skill and EXTREME dedication, it was also often about taking advantage of all opportunities that appeared, many of which just won't happen ever again - for example syncing for team-based games took a big part in generation of huge amounts of points, syncing is made harder and not worth the time/effort now. Even when not syncing, the very high ranked players met and entered the games from exotic districts (int, then asian when they opened) so they ended up teamed with each other far more often than with random 'nubs' and making 40-100++ consecutive wins runs. Think what such long win streaks meant when gamer points increased per every consecutive win in costume brawl, yeah, that was huge, and no, no way to gain so much after the nerfs.
So the answer is NO, you can't max Gamer title. Nobody who wants to start now and has little experience can.
The very few players who actually still can realistically max this title already can tell that and know how much more work they'd need or if it's still their goal at all.
