Merch both. Neither is the max stats for the req. listed. The shield is clearly inherent with dual mods. However, that -phys damage mod is nowhere near max.

Interesting mix of mods.
  • If this is inscribable (which I rather doubt since you did not type out "Earth Scroll of Fortitude" as the name,) I would strip the Master of my Domain inscription and the +30 focus core to sell separately. The blank focus is merch food because, like the above, +6en is not the max available for r5. Besides that, there's almost no market demand for non-max earth foci.
  • If it's inherent and gold-texted, then it may be worth something as a curiosity just for the nice dual max mods. I wouldn't think more than 5-10k, and even that would probably be a pretty tough sell. I could be wrong.
  • If it's inherent and blue-texted, then it's probably a collector, crafter or quest reward item. In which case, it's likely merch food, too.

I don't pay attention to the rest of the stuff you listed, so I can't help you there.

Cheers & GL

EDIT - Re: below ... Well, the reason I think that bow is merch food is because ...
1) So far, the max damage we've found for a no-req bow is 9-13. The max damage we've found for an r2 bow is 10-15. Some of us are trying to track such stats on this thread. So your r2 9-13 bow is not max damage for r2.
2) Even if it were r0 9-13 or r2 10-15, I wouldn't think it is particularly valuable. There is very little market for non-max martial weapons. Some people keep them as curiosities or something, but without a practical use with an at least semi-popular build, "curious" things which can still drop are usually not worth much at all. The reason for the low demand is that the damage you deal with martial weapons depends on your attribute in that weapon's mastery. You won't deal a martial weapon's rated damage without meeting the requirement and having at least 12 in that weapon's mastery attribute. For example, the req 0 Candy Cane and Wintergreen Bows have no requirement with a 15-15 damage range. However, you will not deal 15 damage per non-critical hit with those if your Marksmanship attribute is below 12.

Thanks.

I posted the bow because it had such a low requirement, and dont' know if that constitutes value.

The other two I was just curious. The Earth Scroll has been around for a while so it could very well be a reward.
