Two seperate questions in one topic.

HoM,
Sofar i added one weapon (a bow) to HoM.
When i wanted to add it I got either the message it needed to be or was going to be Customized.
How does that work for shields and focus items, they cannot be Customized (as far as i know)?

SR,
Can i presume SR works for killed H/H?
And not for a killed summoned creature from a summoning stone?

Shields and focus items are customized if placed in your Hall. It gives no bonus but means you cannot trade them. So ask yourself if placing your torment weapons in there is worth 1 point.

Soul reaping gives you energy from a non-spirit creature that dies in basically the area of the spirit range.
Minions, spirits, summoned thingies from stones do not count for Soul Reaping but Asura summons do.

I'm pretty sure at least your own undead minions should count for soul reaping. It's the basic idea behind the whole thing - having the energy to make a minion when a corpse appears.

Fas as I know, only the spirits are exempt.

On this subject, the unofficial wiki is more complete. http://www.guildwiki.org/Soul_Reaping

It seems that every death, in or out of explorable, will trigger soul reaping except for spirits. These were exempted in a 2007 update for PvP purposes.

Soul Reaping is not very useful in areas without a high density of corpses to use, specifically PvE areas that have lots of elementals or ghostly creatures
What is this? Corpses have nothing to do with Soul Reaping's effect, and elementals and ghosts will in fact trigger it.

These builds generally try to hit 15 points in the attribute (12 ranks invested through attribute points plus the use of a Superior Rune of Necromancy).
Again, what is this? Why use a superior rune to hit 15? An extra 6 energy every 15 seconds is worth losing 75 health? Rune trader appears to be out of stock of Necromancy runes.

Deaths from summoning objects can also trigger it: after using a Snowman Summoner or Ghost-in-the-Box
Nice backup method for Necro's to get energy (if true)!

EDIT: can't confirm this yet, my only primary Necro is in pre without any of these.
