Depending on the req of the echo (str or tac) i'd say 30-40k max, but a very hard sell..
That shield, the eternal, where did you get it? Or more importantly, when?
I'd say 10k or so for being a curiosity, but again hard sell.. But where and when you got it is very important..

i got it in UW , and when? probably 4-5 years ago 
just kept that one cause it was q7 ^^ found some items on my mules (and a lot of items for Nicholas past weeks too)

OK lol, because if you got it like, a couple weeks ago, that would be pretty groundbreaking 
since q7 max shouldn't drop anymore..
