insc. R9 Sephis Axe - wouldn't think more than 5k tops. They're fairly oversupplied these days
insc. R9 Tactics Tribal Shield (the face-skin) - I've sold gold 16/9 Tactics Tribal Shields for 45-60k easily in the past. Yes, you can sometimes find them for 5-10k from impatient sellers or sellers who didn't bother to do PC research up front. But this is a popular skin with many folks still. If that were mine to sell, I would not part with it for less than 45k. If you want to sell fast, I would think 15-20k should be easy to get.
insc. R9 Dragon Hornbow - I doubt more than 5kish will be easy to get.
insc. R9 Sephis Sword - Guessing 10-15k range tops, but not sure.
insc. R9 Elemental Sword - I think folks are lucky to get 5-10k for these in r9 these days. They used to fetch high prices because they were extremely rare. They are no longer rare drops at all thanks to EotN. Supply has vastly exceeded demand for a while now.
insc. R10 Elemental Sword - Honestly, I'd merch it.
Seems the r9s are hard enough to sell as it is for it to be worth bothering with r10.

- Both are probably 1-2k, maybe a little more if you get lucky finding a buyer working on a collection. The market for staff slaying wraps seems to be only folks building collections for laughs. They're of no practical use in game. I like them myself, so I do tend to keep them and try to find them homes in other folks' collections when I get them on drops. But answering a PC for these trying to be objective, I'd say they're probably not worth the trouble to salvage and try to sell if the goal is just maximizing profits. It can take a while to find people building slaying collections at times (though there seem to be several in Buy lately) and even longer to find people wanting collections which include the staffs. It's probably not worth the time or inventory space for the couple plat you're may eventually get.
The rest I haven't even a shaky guess for, sorry.
