I agree with SkyFallsInThunder's reply above. 19% Staff Wrapping of Demonslaying is merch food.
Those slaying mods affect only the base damage of the weapon. So while someone using a martial weapon to fight demons might very well value the extra edge that 20% of their weapon's damage gives them, there are not many people "wanding" demons to death with their 11-22 damage staffs. The wrapping does not affect or increase damage dealt by spells cast against demons.
The market for Slaying Staff Wrappings seems to be only with folks building collections for laughs. Even the max 20% slaying staff wraps are not particularly valuable or at all easy to sell.
