Permenantly banned?

Hey, I bought Guild wars prophecies, factions and nightfall, I havn't played any of these for a very long time. However a friend of mine got the free trial a couple of days ago and I said i'd play it with him but when I tried to log in it wouldn't let me. After trying a bunch of different usernames and passwords to try and log in I had no success. I decided to try and login to the NCsoft website and to my suprise I was told that my account had been permenantly blocked. The only explanation I can think of is that I was hacked and maybe used to bot or something? I never recived any E-mail about this or anything and it kinda sucks that I have just lost three of my games which I payed for without doing anything wrong. I emailed ncsoft about my problem two days ago but I have yet to recive a reply. So I was wondering if anybody here may know what I should do or if it is possible to for me to recover my account. I know this probibly isnt the right place to post this question but seeing as this is a guildwars forum I thought people here might be able to help me. Any help will be extreamly apprieciated. Thanks!
