Glowy Head Thingie

I just made my first character (Elementalist) and enabled that glowy thing that spins around my head. Now I find it very annoying. Is there anyway to remove it without creating a new character?

press "I" to open your inventory. next to the head piece there will be a lil button to allow you to toggle this on and off or only during time in town/explorable areas.

this. And that sounds like a factions ele headpeice. Just for reference non-factions ones don't rotate but rather just float above the forehead. Or at least i think it's all non factions ones...

yeah basically all non-factions headpieces will simply hover above the eyes. personally, I recommend wearing glasses from the asurans, but you can find all kinds of different headgear from each race in EotN. or, alternatively, you can wear a costume headpiece like any festival hat and still wear the armor but only see the festival hat. obviously, if this is your first character then you wouldn't have any festival hats yet, but there are costume sets you can buy in the ingame store.
