In my Opinion one of the weakest disadvantages for palm strike is that the cripple can be cleaned very fast which then prevents trampling ox's followup from KDing.(i think atm the monks has about 1.5seconds of reaction time after Palm Strike hits to clean the cripple and not only that the animation for palm strike is very obvious.
My suggestion: Add functionality to Palm strike that the next attack after palm strike activates 50% faster. That way it forces the monks to react faster inorder to prevent the KD.

It WAS buffed, then nerfed specifically because it was OP. It still is usable for that chain, however knocklock was far too overwhelming to allow to be so easy. BTW, conditions are made to be removed.

Yeah, we should just make Palm Strike's activation time be 1/4s because it can be interrupted. Oh, and we should make it inflict Deep Wound too so that you don't have to bother with Impale/Twisting Fangs.

Your logic is totally flawed. All builds have some sort of counter to it. If it gets countered, then suck it up. You just have to wait like, 8 more seconds for another shot.

PS stopped being competitive when the cripple was cut down to 4/5s. Upping the recharge to 7 was just overkill.
