For all of the above, check the NPCs in major towns named "Material Trader," "Rare Material Trader," and "Dye Trader." All those "trader" NPCs operate on player supply and demand (there is not unlimited stock or fixed prices.) They'll always buy your stuff for less than they'll sell the same stuff. For most of that stuff, player-to-player trade is usually about 50% between the NPCs' buy and sell quote prices.
Using the quotes from the above material traders, add up the crafting cost of a
conset. The market value should be in that range.

Most of what I know about those is from the (few) reports we get about them on the
Greens & Other Unique Items (all campaigns) Price Guide here in PC.
I don't buy or sell those things, myself, but from what I've seen I
think ...
Destroyer Cores and Superb Charr Carvings are 250-300g ea.
Glacial Stones are probably max at 100g ea (lots of these from folks Vaettir farming.)
Golden Rin Relics are probably more like 5k+ these days. Both those relics and the Diessa Chalices come from the CoF dungeon. A while ago, that was a HEAVILY farmed dungeon with dual 600/smite teams. Since the "nerf" to Holy Wrath a while back, I don't think that dungeon is farmed as often anymore. So supply has gone down while demand for those special hats you get from those drops is still there.
Granted, I don't buy or sell any of it myself, so this is just my best educated guess.

I assume those are elite tomes. Personally, I never buy them. When I get them as drops, I check both the
auction listings for Tomes and any recent replies to the
Tome PC thread (whose OP does not get updated anymore, for lack of anyone willing and able to take on the chore) and try to get a feel for price from that information. So far, doing that has served me well I think. I manage to sell the elite tomes I get fast ... but not so fast that I worry I undersold them.
Cheers & GL
