Question about Reward Points

With reward points, once an armor is bought for a pvp char is that armor then able to be upgraded to by any other pvp char on the account?
-i.e. so say i got FoW armor on a pvp warrior, could i then some period after get FoW armor on say a pvp ele without having to use more reward points, or no?

No.

It's similar to PvE in that you purchase the piece and that's it. It's not unlocked, it just replaces whatever you had on.

Whenever you want a piece of ____ armor or ____ weapon on whichever of your toons you have to go and upgrade an existing piece again from Tolkano and spend the rp's again.

So say you want a new fellblade, you create a new sword from J menu then upgrade the skin via Tolkano. You want another one? You have to do the same again, and pay for the upgrade again. Same applies with armor.

You can change runes etc as much as you like via the j menu, as well as dye.
