Autorun glitch in kamadan
Pony Slaystation
I started a thread somewhat pertaining to this a few days ago, but it was closed for a multiple reasons....
Anyways, what is with the glitch I see people triggering often in Kamadan that makes you repeatedly walk/run back and forth? I'm assuming that there is a specific spot that you auto-run into, but I can't seem to find it. Every time I see people doing it, I try and ask them, but they either never respond, or give me some smart-ass response such as "click on rare-mat trader and press alt+f4".
Does anybody know how to do this, and is actually willing to share?

I'm not sure if it's the same thing, but I do something that makes me run back and forth and when I'm bored which is just clicking right beneath my character's feet and holding down.
Try that and see if it's the same thing you're talking about, if it is, there ya go.

I'm not too sure, but it could be botting. If they are repeatedly walking in the same path, and they are not responding...then that would be my guess.

It's not botting, its some sort of glitch that makes you walk back and fourth. How they do it, beats me.

I think I remember that thread.
I'm pretty sure it's a glitch with the pathing. There are a few places I've found in game where if you click on a certain spot, your character will run endlessly back and forth instead of traveling to the desired location. I've seen it happen when clicking on a nearby but physically inaccessible location and when clicking on an accessible but far off location.
I haven't found the magic spot in Kamadan, but haven't really tried. However, I did get my character to glitch out like this while trying to get past the group of Forgotten blocking the other path in Throne of Secrets.

go to gtob , grab the zaishen quests , then click on the ground behind them. you might run endlessly back and forth.

What CaSH does is different though. Go to Kamadan AD1 and watch them. They run in one direction, then walk in the other. The walking is similar to the effect you get when you have armor or earth up or anything else that decreases movement speed.

If you try hard enough, you can get stuck in the path. It is possible, it's about as challenging and time-consuming as getting stuck in the Xunlai Chest though.

actually very easy and not time consuming if u now how to do it... once u figure it out it will be easy to do with a little practice

There is also one of these autorun glitches in pre-searing Ascalon

Here's the trick.
Use your mouse to move.
1. Hold down right mouse button.
2. Hold down left mouse button.
3. You can now let go of right mouse button.
4. Point your mouse pointer directly under your feet.
5. ????
6. Profit.
Edit: NM, I went and looked. Not the same thing.

Deleted almost 30 posts... *sigh*
I think you've gotten the most information you're going to get from anyone here. This little running glitch happens every now and again.
Please don't recreate the thread.
