Closed: Q8 SR Plagueborn Focus

while i was trying out a chest run i heard of, i got this focus:

Plaugeborn Focus +12 energy, Q8 Soul Reaping
Armor +10 while health is below 50%

don't know if its even worth anything because of the monomod and noob mod :S:S
but its a rare skin and nice req so i would like a few opinions on this pls
