Not so much for the actual quest rewards, but for the amount of stuff you kill during the quest while under the Luxon blessing.
I know "Outcasts in the Quarry" is a good one, since you can basically clear Rhea's Crater at the same time.
I'm not sure, between "The Halcyon Job" and "Protect the Halcyon," which provides a bigger faction gain.
