Ok, so i orginally lived in europe, but now im in usa. and i have for some time now wanted to buy a makeover kit, but i am wondering can i use an american (usd) visa to buy it, when the account is in euros?

Yes, you can. Money will be automaticaly exchanged by bank with actual euro price.
