PvE: LF titles/farming/clears.

I've done a lot of things in Guild Wars. Unfortunately, being in a stable guild hasnt been one of them. I've been in pretty much every kind of guild, but every time I finally find a guild I'm happy with, it falls apart and disbands. Maybe I'm bad luck, who knows. So heres the deal.

Here are some of the major things I want to avoid:
First of all, the guild should probably be mostly 18/21+. If I want to talk about dicks through guild chat or get drunk while doing FoW, I'm going to. If you or your members are easily offended, move along.
I'm not looking for a guild of elitists. So you cleared UW in under 20 minutes? Great, me too. But thats no reason to exclude people that you dont consider the best. We all had to learn and start somewhere, and thats something I dont forget.
I'm not going to abide by stupid rules and requirements. I'm not going to be forced to sign up on your website or vent. If they're available, awesome, I'll probably use them. But if I dont, I dont. And I'm not going to be playing 8 hours a day, every day. Some days I'll be on for 15 hours. Sometimes I'll be gone for weeks.

Here are the things I would like to have:
Flexibility. I'm currently working on HM/titles, but I want to get back into UW speedclears again. I'd like a guild that doesnt focus on one thing in particular all the time.
Moderate size, but this isnt strict as there are always exceptions. Bigger guilds tend to have the rules and get upset if I'm raging at people in alliance chat.
Fun people that realize this is a game. 100% of my in-game rage is just joking around. Its a game, its supposed to be fun. If I die on a run, dont get all pissy like I ruined your life. Lets make fun of how much I suck at whatever I was doing, I'll buy the next cons, and well go again.


As I said, I'm working on HM and titles at the moment, but what I enjoy is farming/clears. So if you're a mid to high end PvE guild with members who are basically impossible to offend and just want to have fun and kill stuff, contact me.

I should also mention that I have a friend who I stay with. We join together, and if one of us is kicked/leaves, we both leave.
