Wrathful spirits or demon assassin (http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Demon_Assassin). If you do the latter, bring something like minions or Vanguard sins to trigger traps.

Wrathful Spirits is ridiculously easy. Getting there is a little harder if you bring heroes, but Spiritway does fine if you bring Prot Spirit.

Dying Nightmares strip prot spirit (as well as the mesmer pops) and prot spirit is absolutely useless with the Illusionary weaponry DPS.

When I run people, I run an ST rit with Shelter + displacement+ Union and a SoS hybrid. Seed of Life + Union nullifies 100% of Illusionary Weaponry.

Pull Aatxes away - the Dying Nightmares pop in predictable places and Rend has a long recharge. Everything else in the UW doesn't hit too hard in NM so PS isn't as necessary.
The Mesmers don't pack scary damage.
The IW DPS is laughable. I'm not sure it's possible to fail that quest now.

I speak from my experience doing this on my Assassin in NM. An ST Rit would certainly work, but I liked having full offensive spirits.
