Found a q9 Elemental Sword the other day, inscribable with some terrible mods on it. How much would the clean sword be worth?

5k-10k here

10-20k in spamadan if "u r feeling lucky" - seen players spamming it for days but no buyer at 15k or may be he has quite a few ^_^
