I hate seeing this go unanswered, so I'll give it my best shot. Fair warning - most of, if not all of, my guesses at actual numbers are VERY SHAKY guesses.
Ok, well as you probably know the value here is more in the r9 Str Diamond Aegis. Diamond Aegi (I think that's the plural) do not drop with insc. slot and Strength requirement, so the str. versions are oft considered rare collectibles.
There is very little demand for 10vDragons shields for any kind of practical use. It's not something like 10vDemons which people use for meta farms.
Given the above, I would think this shield is probably worth at least ... maybe 150kish? I'm not sure how much higher it might be.

I'm trying to give you my best, objective guess here. I doubt either of these are reasonably worth more than 5-10kish, if that much. The high reqs hurt them. I don't think either -3wH or +hp wH are especially popular second mods. I don't think there is much practical demand for 10vGiant or 10vDwarf shields with meta farms either. (I'm not positive about 10vDwarf - if there's a lot of Slaver's farming which could make use of 10vDwarf shields, that may be wrong. In that case, I think the r13 and wH mod will still hurt it, though.)

Disclaimer - there's probably an inherent conflict of interest in me trying to PC that Tower Shield in particular. I really hope you get more opinions on all of this, but especially that one.

Like the shield above, there's not much demand for practical use of 10vDragon stuff at all. I'm also under the impression that 10vCritter foci are even less popular than 10vCritter shields. With the high req on a primary attribute, I'll guess this is no more than 20kish collector value to someone who likes Jugs.

I'm not even going to risk guessing. The only thing I know about "White Reavers" is that there have been more showing up since the introduction of WiK.

There doesn't seem to be any demand for non-max strength shields, even gold ones. Were it blue, I'd say 5k if you're lucky for 15/7. I'm not sure if the gold text is likely to make it any easier to sell for any more money or not.

EDIT - after posting my reply here, I went looking for your sell thread. I see you already have a much higher offer on that 15/7 gold istani shield, so clearly there is more demand for those than I'd have guessed!
