I got blocked due to a failure of GM LemonCobra. It took 48 hours of a 72 hour suspension for them to fix my issue.
18.5 hours from first support ticket before they replied saying they were escalating it. 12 hours after escalation till they replied that the suspension was correct. 2 hours later after giving evidence of LemonCobra's failure till they said that they were indeed wrong and that my account was available again and 4 more hours till it was ACTUALLY available. (The missing 12 hours was from suspension till when I found out I was suspended)
