Trouble connecting on ONE computer

I've been getting Code=007 and Code=058 for a long while now, I've tried everything, kinda... :/ Well, I need professional help or something.

A little more description and we might be able to help. Sorry, but just saying you need help and are getting a couple errors, hardly help us in solving your problem.

That's all I have, its something with this particular computer, my account works anywhere else and others computers using the same internet works perfectly fine with GW.

Not to insult your intelligence further, or ask dumb questions..but with the obvious lack of info differing this computer to the 'working' one, do you even use the internet on the problematic one? Is it even connected to the router in any way shape or form? Bad Network card? Corrupt gw.dat? Need gw reinstall? Needs Windows reinstall? Anything?

Is the GW.exe and DAT copied from a working PC, (where it worked before) if not, maybe GW needs to be reinstalled.

Or perhaps you have an unruly firewall on the PC blocking certain Anet server IP addresses and not others...

Perhaps you have a more serious issue like a problematic Network card that loses connectivity, or maybe a bad cable (if it's wired). Maybe it's less serious and just a network card driver issue.

i have exactly the same problem, and i also tried everything. does the code only occur before you get to acces your characters?

Are you using wireless internet or a wired connection? Are you have any other kinds of internet connectivity issues? Do you have a security system on this computer that might be preventing the client from connecting to the internet? Do both of your computers connect to the internet via the same router?

This is all information you need to consider and present to the forums. Just listing two error codes does not help.
