PvP: Looking for a laid back guild that can help

Hello im am very new to this game. I just recently even got into computer games since im a bigger fan of the xbox but decided to give this a try. so far i like it but i just cant get the hang of every detail yet. I would think a laid back guild would help me learn the basics and everything else. My characters name is divine ethos for pvp.
