Can I get a Luxon/Kurzick faction bonus for vanquishing Pongmei Valley?

If so, how is the bonus determined (i.e., between Luxon and Kurzick)?

I do believe that you get no VQ bonus only what you get from the blessing.

I VQ'ed this area not to long ago hoping for some Kurzick Faction, got none. Well, except from shines.

I could be wrong but i believe theres no faction bonus for pongmei due to it being sort of neutral territory even tho it has the blessings.
Its neither part of lux territory not kurz territory just a bit of land between their lands

You can get faction for it , just see the requisite priest outside the nearest outposts

I believe he's referring to the big chunk of faction you get for a successful completion rather than shrine bounties.

Pongmei Valley is considered part of Kaineng, so no end-of-vanquish Kurzick/Luxon faction.
