The scrolls are worth something beyond just giving them away i'd guess. As are the mini's. Furios axe haft, firey bow string. The wintersday stuff is saleable although not worth a lot, the rest is for merch.

Red = Merch because it's non max.
Green = Merch because they're max but no one wants them.
Purple = Not worth enough to me to justify their inventory slot and/or a difficult sale.

I'd sell the scrolls to the scroll merchant and get whatever the current amount is.
Elemental weapon mods maybe 500g-1k if you find a buyer.
Furious Axe mod maybe 1-2k if you find a buyer.
Mischievious Summoning Stone probably not worth selling, I'd just use it when you need it or asap to get it out of your inventory.
Tonics about 100-120g each if you have a stack of them, if you're selling very small amounts like you are you're probably looking at 100g each.
Snowman Summoners are more than Tonics because they're spammable, I'd estimate 115-130g each.
Candy Cane Shards... I'd trade them for Wintersday Gifts and see whats inside them. People won't just buy shards. You could try selling the Gifts unopened but (like Tonics) people want to buy stacks, not tiny amounts here and there.
Unded White Minis: I'd say 1-8k for a first year and 5-12k for a second year.
