Login to account from few years ago

Hi, I wonder if I can login to my old account (it's been 4-5 years that I played GW) But I don't know my E-mail anymore... could I somehow contact Arenanet for my account details? Happy New Year

Probably my hotmail account got deleted somehow... but I know my character name and have my cd-keys right here.

Contact support -- http://www.guildwars.com/support/ -- with the subject "FORGOT USER NAME."

Supply any information about the account identifying yourself as the owner: That you're pretty sure your username was a hotmail address, the CD keys, the character name(s), etc. It might take a few days or more, but you will get a response and they should be able to help you.

Your username doesn't actually have to be a working email address, so don't worry about that. However, for your own security, once you know what your hotmail/GW username was, you might consider re-registering the email account so no one else can.

Also note that ANET support does not work on weekends. So it will take longer to get a response than normal.

Contact support, and be ready to wait for a month or so...

If it's a 4-5 year old account I doubt it'll be a hotmail acct. When my acct was created I had to set up an ISP e-mail because ANet wouldn't accept freebie e-mail providers at the time.

If you have CD keys you're golden, should take less than a day with support.

Got my account back . Big up for Arenanet and NCsoft! Damn it's been a long time.

WOW wish they would handle my request that fast. Been almost a week and no response from them.

I used a hotmail email address and I created my account in August '05. I have friends who played in the beta and their accounts use hotmail too.
