Jan 2, 2011 - we traded a blue-texted, inscribable, clean 16/8 Tactics "Tribal Shield" (effigy skin) for 55e.
This was right at the end of Wintersday, when ecto has been up in price during the event. However, from a little after Halloween 2009 (when they added Skeles and Dhuum to UW) until just before this Wintersday (2010/2011) event, ecto has been pretty stable at ~7k ea. I'm not sure if the current higher price will revert to the old one after any temporary effects from the event are over. To be on the safe side, I'll assume they are not permanent and say
55e = 55*7k = 385k for blue 16/8 Tactics Tribal Shield on Jan. 2, 2011.
