Yes, and you know what they mean? Common = blue/white, Uncommon = purple, Rare = gold. And I've seen more "Rare" talon daggers drop in DoA/Raptors than you've had hot meals.. Rare just points to them being gold, and since he posted in his OP that everything was GOLD, that means they have that skin by default.
