Anyone got any of the above? Kinda looking for some good ideas for a bass of a build, something a bit different to play with.
Here's one I made myself which I enjoy playing with in FA and think it works rather well:

1.Victory is Mine!
2.To the Limit!
3.Barbed Spear
4.Maiming Spear
5.Merciless Spear
6.Spear Swipe
7.Fall Back!
8.Leaders Comfort

Leadership: 8+1+1
Command: 8
Tactics: 9
Spear Mastery 11+1

General idea:
Spam To the Limit for easy Adren, spread bleeding, crip and deep wound with 3,4,5 skills, take down casters with 6 and regain energy/health with 1. Heal and buff team speed with 7&8

Is this for pvp or pve that ur asking? If its pvp the biggest suggestion I would make for you is get an IAS. Soldiers Fury would give you greater adrenaline gain overall then ViM and TTL.

On the other hand if you did wanna stick to ur current set up swap spear for flail, leaders comfort for lions comfort, and go warrior primary. The armor pen from strength and IAS of flail will work out better.

In terms of interesting original builds, not sure if they would be considered interesting or original but I used to run a para thumper before they nerfed aggressive refrain. Was pretty fun.

Dev Hammer, Crushing Blow, Awe, Aggressive Refrain, Rush, Couple of command shouts, gfte rings a bell. But yeah was an interesting twist on the bunny thumper concept, having a couple more slots to work with given the lack of elite gone on rampage. Also sometimes ran it with focused anger which gave me tonnes of KD's, was able to pop off hammer bash every 4 seconds or something like that.

Focused Anger or Soldier's Fury are much better elites for a para imho. What really make me take a step back and say wth, is there's all of 2 Spear elites! Astounding when you consider how long the prof. has been around. As for orginal builds, try using a Stunning strike ranger or warrior w. "I am the strongest", I think you'll be surprised that they can gain adrenline faster than a Para sometimes. Sad but true. Imba is a really good build but it's been over-used ... GL tho

I hope they give you some ideas or at least a good laugh.

Interesting page - thanks for the link. I just (yesterday) made a Pargon and liking her a lot. As I just loaded Nightfall I wanted to try one of the new professions but now have no idea which way to take her. She will need a 2nd profession SOON and i am looking for ideas. well you don't have enough attributes to do it all... if you are using a spear it's usually spear/command/leadership, for bow it's marksmanship/leadership, with a pet i usually go all spear and beast mastery. the last combination is possible because some spear skills cost nothing but adrenaline and beast mastery has some energy management built in so you don't need leadership anymore.

aside from that, which one is best depends on what you want... if you are going solo, definitely go spear with pet, as the pet can tank for you to some extent. i have farmed some of the Nicholas the Traveler items like this. spear/pet is also best for single target damage and deep wound. bow is best if you want multi-attack capability (barrage, volley) which shines with Splinter Weapon and similar buffs. bow also has excellent interrupts and crippling. spear can also give you good crippling as well though that is usually not important in pve. P/R gives you a lot of options and I think it is one of the most useful secondaries for paragon... though you will definitely want to go P/W as well, because it gives access to warrior weapons and shouts like For Great Justice and Save Yourselves. P/Rt enables solo farming so that's another good option. Once you get to the Sunspear Sanctuary there are a few quests you need to do and then you can change your secondary at will, so you don't need to worry about being locked into your choice.

feel free to contact me in-game if you want to hang out, i would be happy to help a fellow paragon.

If your are still looking for a build for FA, this one works well on either side but with the high ground the Kurzicks give it just pumps out damage too quicky.

12+1+1 spear
10 leadership
8 tactics

1. Soldier's Fury (E)
2. To the Limit
3. Soldier's Speed
4. Mighty Throw
5. Blazing Spear
6. Holy Spear
7. Optional
8. Healing Signet/Leaders Comfort

I find the constant ims/ias to be quite helpful even at the cost of some armor. For the optional slot I usually bring spear swipe but if casters seem to be under used at the time then merciless spear is just as good. With the extra adrnl gain, you can use mighty throw every atk making you deal atleast 90 per hit, unless the target is loaded with defence or a siege turtle which still drop very fast. I run healing signet bc I usually try to get amber shrines by myself so it would yield more health gain. I hope it works for you like it does for me!

Another idea, if you also need an alright build for pve, is using Destructive was Glaive on your para. Leadership makes all your energy come back so you can dish out all the aoe your heart desires.

12+1+1 Leadership
12 Channeling

1. Destructive was Glaive
2. Ancestors Rage
3. Light of deldrimor
4. Spirit Rift
5. By Urals Hammer (pre update idk what to sub)
6. Go for the Eyes
7. Hexbreaker Aria
8. Optional (trytophant signet helps a great deal)

Tell me how it works out for you!

2. Barbed Spear
3. Stunning Strike
4. Vicious Attack
5. Signet of Deadly Corruption
6. Anthem of Weariness
7. Aggressive Refrain
8.
Optional for : Res siggy, Sadist's Signet, EBSoH, PvE skill of choice

i have a new one, this build was developed in the "interesting scythe builds" thread in the paragon forum. for all you paragons that have dervish envy and want to deliver mass damage, check this out. The paragon also delivers mass burning and 33% damage resistance to the group while dishing out scythe damage. ~75dps without any IAS.

I got a few I use often; mostly when I playing by myself or with guildies.

Leader's Nightmare
Spear Mastery: 8+1
Command: 8
Leadership: 10+1+1
Illusion Magic: 10

Disrupting Throw, Barbed Spear, Anthem of Weariness, Anthem of Flame, "Find Their Weakness!", Fevered Dreams, Fragility, Signet of Return

It does a great job of spreading conditions around and has excellent conjunction with Fragility for constant damage will the conditions work their magic. Energy isn't really too much of a problem if you're sporting the correct gear or if you'd like; one can swap D-Throw for "GftE!" for a bit more energy gain.

Para Weapons
Channeling Magic: 12
Spear Mastery: 12+1+1

Blazing Spear, Merciless Spear, Wild Throw, Weapon of Fury, Splinter Weapon, Ebon Battle Standard of Honor, Drunken Master, Signet of Return

I think that some of Ritualist elites ought to be more used so I thought of this build. Weapon of Fury keeps your energy pool up, as well as providing the ability to use more adrenaline-intensive skills quicker. Splinter Weapon, obviously, is to provide the Para with its dream, AoE damage, but it can be opted out for Nightmare weapon or any other utility that proves useful.

Generic Paragon
Spear Mastery: 8+1
Command: 12
Leadership: 10+1+1

Lightning Spear, Vicious Attack, "Go for the Eyes!", "There's Nothing to Fear!", "Fall Back!", "Incoming!", Optional, "We Shall Return!"

A Classic, In my opinion. I use this build for any situation I'm unsure of or just too lazy to think up of a build. It can also be used for PvP, but one needs to swap out "TNtF!" for "Stand Your Ground!" and "WSR!" for Signet of Return. I mainly like this build for its versatility and all-around support features, and oddly the Optional skill slot allows for a lot of wiggle-room to play with or makes a fantastic slot for any PvE skill. Oh, if you haven't noticed there's no lack of shouts so energy is nearly never a problem.

Well, I don't want to give too many builds away, but those are a few of my favorites that I've developed for fun. I hope that people can enjoy these as much as I have and can lay new inspiration upon others who wish to create their own. :P

I've been running a Pious Renewal scythe build for the past week. It may be a bit clunkier than the Derv version, but it's got nice AoE and single-target damage.
I definitely recommend using a zealous scythe and bringing along a Dark Fury/Infuriating Heat hero.

Leadership 12+1+1
Scythe 12
Command 3

Pious Assault
Twin Moon Sweep
Wearying Strike
Radiant Scythe
"GftE!"
Pious Renewal (E)
AoHM

Aside from that we've used a 4-paragon backline-midline for a long time in PvP.

Last version we had looked something like this: EDIT: that fury bar can't be right, I know it had to have an adrenal chant for energy in it somewhere.

Now it was designed for a pure physical team. It has also undergone a large number of changes over the years. I know that at points we've used song of purification, power is yours, crippling anthem, burning refrain, hasty refrain, hexbreaker aria, stand your ground, anthem of disruption, anthem of envy, song of concentration, bladeturn refrain, energizing finale, purifying finale, and I'm sure a many others. The build has a lot of flex room. Like I said its designed for physical heavy, but it can surely be modified and quite possible one of the paragons dropped entirely.

The healing engine is infuse health for large health swings, absolutely tons of party healing which will offset the health loss on the infuse paragons. Try to save finale of resto for the paragons, but don't exclude using it from people that are going to take damage. Certainly not the most efficient and as I have said, a lot of flex room (especially seeing as there are no PvE skills). Mileage will vary for DoA/UW/FoW elite areas, but should work through all otherwise standard formats.

Pretty sure one of the Motivation paragons had mending refrain instead of infuse. That infuse was placed on the Fury paragon, mostly likely Make Haste and Never Surrender for Infuse and Go For The Eyes.

^ reminds me somewhat of the old IWAY paragon duo. I used the SoR one in PvE from time to time and it worked too.

It should resemble that, it was a direct descendant. We never stopped playing IWAY and adapted the 4 paragon backline to complement an IWAY frontline. Later we realized that the backline itself could stand on it own (provided that the team stayed in 8-man situations).
