Could anyone help me with some -Nightfall- missions?

I'm quite new to GW, but have so far been able to play through Nightfall; up to the missions through the vortex in the gate of torment.

I just kept wiping and wiping over and over, being stuck on the mission "Gate of Pain " of which I could/cannot complete.

Eventually I gave up and played a bit of EotN, but I really want to complete Nightfall - also to get the statue for my HoM.

If anyone would like to group and help run me through the missions, that would be great, as I really want to finish/see the end of Nightfall.

NB: As this is my first time, I will be watching the cinematics, as I want to follow the story properly.
