Are there any outposts the are popular gathering areas to set up MTSC groups? My current guild hardly does them, if ever, and my old guild did them a lot, but none of the guildies were very good or friendly. So if anybody knows of one that is a popular MTSC gathering zone, then please let me know. Thanks.

I would like to know this too, as my Ally does it but sometimes other Sc's get in the way and I think this is more then puggable.

I was there several times today to do Arbor Earthcall bounty and saw very few people. Of course, I was in American district and SC seems to usually form in the German or French districts.
