Q9 - 150-180k (Yeah could go lower , but dont come and tell you got it for 10k , thats pure luck)

Q10 - 120-140k

Q11 - 100~

Q12 - 60-80k

Q13 -50k ~

IMO But i think they are bout right since the shield beats almost all others in skin (only a guess)

P.S Q13 Command Draconic Aegis - When people see the number 13 & command together they tend to offer 20k~ (Because basically you pay that for the skin only, unless you actually use q13)
